We are pleased to announce the birth of Spencer Payne Johnson to Derek Thomas and Leigh Douglas Johnson Johnson on 9 February 2011 at 12:02 p.m.. Little Spencer weighed in at 7 pounds, 7 ounces and was 20 inches long. Mother Leigh is the daughter of Douglas (“Doug”) and Julie Kathryn (“Kathy”) Owens Johnson and granddaughter of Seth, Jr. and Kathleen VanHoose Johnson (Uncle Seth and Aunt Kathleen). Spencer was welcomed into the family by his older siblings Julie Anne, Seth, Douglas and Sarah Kathryn.
